ANZAC Biscuits

Yesterday we made ANZAC biscuits  



Ingredients:

  1/2 cup flour 
  1/3 cup sugar
  2/3 cup coconut 
  1/2 teaspoon soda
  3/4 cup rolled oats  
  50  grams of butter 
  1 table spoon golden syrup 
  2 table spoon boiling water

Melt butter and golden syrup. dissolve soda in the boiling water and butter and golden syrup.make a well in the centre of your dry ingredients,stir in the liquid.place in spoonfuls on a cold greased trays.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at l80 degrees Celsius.And then you some Delicious Anzac biscuits to eat.
